Twin wins at the Engineering Excellence Awards

The ICT Centre has had two wins at the 2009 Australian Engineering Excellence Awards.

Our wireless location and tracking technology has applications from sport to emergency response management.

Dr Alex Zelinsky, Group Executive, Information Sciences, and Director of CSIRO ICT Centre was named the Professional of the Year while the Wireless Localisation System won the Research and Development award category.
